regarding questionnaires for Women

I am no longer passing out questionnaires. I have passed out alot and am very excited with the results. I am putting the book together, reformatting the questionnaires that have been returned, etc…

If you have not returned your questionnaire to me, please return it no later than Wed., Feb. 11th at midnight. It must be returned by then to receive your free copy once the 2nd book is complete.

I will begin the Men’s questionnaire as soon as this project is complete. Of course with PMDD, it is much easier for me to finish one project at a time so that I can make sure it is up to the standard I believe it deserves. :)
