Coming out of your 2 wk time and living again

Do you find that you get stuck feeling blah because after living 2 wks feeling sluggish and crappy, it’s hard to bounce back?

Join the club!

What do you do?  You have to push yourself even harder.  If you don’t you will find you are living every week of every month in the dumps and that is not how you want to live.

You must bounce back once you start your period.  Start slow, make yourself get out in the sunshine, if it’s sunny where you are, even if it’s just to sit.  It will give you that feeling of, maybe I am ready to do something now, I really am feeling better.

You can take your dog for a walk.  Even if you just walk around the block, I promise you, your body will begin to bounce back almost immediately.

Talk to a friend, joke around a little, it will all of a sudden take you over.

If you try, I promise it will work.  If your 2 wk time is over and you have started your period, then that crappy, laggy feeling you are having is no longer hormonal PMDD mess, but more of a habit attempting to start.

DO NOT LET IT!

You know the saying, “fake it til’ you believe it!”
