SEPARATE Men & Womens FORUM: ***NOW OPEN!***
We will use the social site, Ning… lifewpmdd.ning.com for our WOMENS ONLY forum, along with this blog.
We will use the same social site, Ning…menandpmdd.ning.com for our MENS ONLY forum, along with this blog.
For your convenience, I do have the blog updated to the social site so that you don’t have to visit both. If you join the social network I created, you will receive everything I post at the site too.
***Videos will up soon!***
I fully believe that we can learn a lot from one another, support one another, and just chat easier within a private forum, in addition to the comments section.
I will keep you all updated as I get more added.
The social network site has an RSS feed so that you can keep up to date with the blog, however, comments you will have to link to that feed on your own.
Say saying hi to you guys!

hello, i came upon your website a few months ago and i found it very hopeful to know that other women are getting through this. today my pmdd is very bad. been crying for hours now.i wish i could just check out of life all together. i’m not sure what else to do. i’m on antidepressants and anti anxiety meds but they are no match for my symptoms. my husband is very loving and supportive during this time. i live in memphis tn which i absolutly hate, and i think that this may be a major trigger and underlining cause.most days i can cope with being here but living here with pmdd makes life unbearable. if there anyone that has ever been cured.
