Are you balancing it all? Do you have the power or does your PMDD?
I wanted to do a huge shout out to all of the readers here at lifewpmdd.com and find out if you are balancing your life and your PMDD?
If so, how are you doing it? How long has it been working for you? What struggles do you come across?
Are you able to balance out child raising, working from home, working away from the home, keeping the house, bills paid, time for yourself, your significant other, having some fun somewhere in there?
Or, are you getting lost in it all? Is your PMDD still controlling you? Do you need more help controlling it and taking back your power?
What specifically can I do to help you get your life in order? Who can I help you talk to, or explain PMDD to, do you need more quality info to share with a loved one?
Please let me know, I am looking to continue moving forward with research on PMDD and making this THE site to go to for PMDD quality information.

Info on the new forum
I wanted to clear some things up… Previously I had mentioned that the forum at one point will have ‘membership only’ sections.
After careful consideration, I have decided that the forum will remain a free membership. I want to help as many people as I can and it takes the help from all of you too.
I am looking at ways to go about getting more research pushed thru and looking for outlets to get PMDD more recognized. This forum will help us by finding out what all we all go thru with our PMDD, we will of course have some slight differences. I believe these all need to be focused on and acknowledged.
Hopefully with all of us working together to help one another we will succeed!

**UPDATE** After only a couple of days of the other NEW forum being up, I have spent hours of fighting SPAM. I have decided that the best thing to do is use the social forum/site in addition to the blog as our way of communicating.
I need to spend time posting and replying and researching, not fighting off SPAM.
