Are you balancing it all? Do you have the power or does your PMDD?
I wanted to do a huge shout out to all of the readers here at lifewpmdd.com and find out if you are balancing your life and your PMDD?
If so, how are you doing it? How long has it been working for you? What struggles do you come across?
Are you able to balance out child raising, working from home, working away from the home, keeping the house, bills paid, time for yourself, your significant other, having some fun somewhere in there?
Or, are you getting lost in it all? Is your PMDD still controlling you? Do you need more help controlling it and taking back your power?
What specifically can I do to help you get your life in order? Who can I help you talk to, or explain PMDD to, do you need more quality info to share with a loved one?
Please let me know, I am looking to continue moving forward with research on PMDD and making this THE site to go to for PMDD quality information.

I’m managing everything o.k. right now. I had some hard months back in September and October but I seem to have found a good groove right now. I started excercising regularly and I have noticed a difference in my moods. My last month was very mild and my emotions were pretty stable. I think that if I excercise more, I may not need to take my Paxil as often.
I am feeling better. I am not exploding at my kids as much, or my husband. It’s not perfect and every month is different but I am feeling a little more in control of my emotions and my life. I am just taking it all a day at a time.

Thanks Anna!
I am checking it out right now.
As I am getting older it seems as though my blood pressure is dropping very low during my 2 wk time, low enough that it is causing dizziness, spinning, disturbing problems…
As soon as I start the symptoms disappear just like all symptoms of PMDD, just crazy.
I am hoping this article may shine more light for me.
When I had my blood pressure taken at the docs last month they actually called me for an emergency come back in appt, the blood work station flagged me, and said I should have barely been able to stand up, I should have had a hard time even keeping my eyes open. Of course, when I went back in the next morning, I had just started my period before I went in and low and behold, completely normal.
Thanks again for the article, can’t wait to go read it!

The PMDD is kicking my butt. I just found your website by googling “PMDD disability”, hoping to find out that I could get disability benefits and stop trying to force myself into gainful employment. I’ve also got ADD, and have begun to suspect that I also have Asperger Syndrome, but all of it is manageable after my period. I start getting symptoms as soon as I ovulate, to the day. I want to be a hermit…..

I was about to post on Twitter today, wondering if others have cyclic productivity, but ended up not wanting to get into details. I am a dynamo for the first half of the month and then in a fog for the second half. I’m on Yaz and it helped for the first 6 months and then less so after that. It’s still better than not being on it at all, at least in terms of moods.
