Update on me
If you have sent me an email or a post in the past week and a half, I apologize for not responding quicker. It is my childrens Spring Break. In addition to that, my washer went out…Fun, Fun! and if that wasn’t enough, my master toilet that is upstairs is above my kitchen. It started leaking thru the pipes into my kitchen.
SO… a few days later now, I have my kitchen ceiling ripped out! WAHHH… My house is only a year a half old!
I know, when it rains, it pours!
So, chaos has been around here. I also am a week over NOT starting my period which as we all know means my PMDD just will NOT go away! This month has been a tougher month, I am supposing from the stress of all the BS going on, LOL. And then of course I can’t start and get my relief!
ACK!!!
So, I plan on catching up on all my replies tomm.
I will also explain my reasoning for going back to the magazine style for good on this site. Short version: I am receiving a lot of emails and posts with repeat questions and I think it’s just too time consuming and confusing for some to find the info they really need from the site. I also speak to a lot of men and I know they like to find things quick.
So… I think the magazine style will make it easier for all of you to find things ahead of time and quickly that I have posted and other’s have commented on and then we can go from there.
More info on all this tomm.
Thanks again for sticking by!
Stef

Hey there,
I just wanted to write and congratulate you on your site and books. Everything looks great! I used to have the PMDD Reprieve site but had to stop because of financial and health issues. I also wanted to share that I am now 5 weeks past a total hysterectomy. I had the surgery because I had run out of treatments for endometriosis & PMDD. The treatments that helped a little with the endo (b/c pills) made the PMDD worse, except for YAZ, and I can’t take antidepressants. A gluten free/wheat free diet wasn’t helping either condition enough to make a difference. I was afraid I was going to end up unable to work, and I was in serious pain.
I was PMDD free for 8 months until December due to YAZ. I started to have breakthrough bleeding which made the endo pain horrible. I had to stop taking the YAZ and had tried everything my doctor had to offer for the endo. Pain was out of control/nothing was stopping it. I’d just had enough and had tried what I was willing to try.
So far I have been PMDD/mood fluctuation free for one straight month.
If you ever want to touch on either the topic of endo & PMDD (bad combo) or the choice to use a hysterectomy to treat PMDD, please let me know if I can help.
I appreciate the work you are doing so much. THANK YOU!
Jennifer
