Looking to do interviews- Done- Check out 2nd Ebook
I am putting together my 2nd project and am looking for Women that would like to be interviewed for the ebook.
I am putting together a huge group of questions and would love for anyone interested in being involved to comment here and when I am done I will send you the questions or you can email me privately at livingwpmdd@gmail.com
This 2nd book will be a compilation of Women that live with PMDD, how they cope, what their symptoms are, and more. I think we will all be able to learn alot from all the info in one place.
Please let me know if you want to be a part.
Stef

I am getting everyone’s offer to help, I am so excited. The questionnaire is almost complete. Every time I think it is I go to sleep and more questions pop up into my head, LOL… Go figure! (when I should be sleeping) PMDD… my book helper :)
Anyway, I am sorry I haven’t responded to everyone, I am making a list, I just don’t want to send the questionnaire until I know for sure it’s completely done. I can’t keep up with sending it and then resending more questions, LOL, I just know my brain.
Everyone that participates will be receiving a free copy of the ebook as a HUGE thank you for participating. I couldn’t make it without all of you. Also, without all of you, none of us could learn more about this unique disorder, PMDD.
You are all way stronger than you know!

Stephanie, I just stumbled upon your site trying to find help for what is ruining my relationship. I’ve started seeing a therapist to ‘work on me’ and am taking prozac, which has seemed to help. I am approaching the end of my 2 wk crazy period and have been a mess, despite my efforts and meds. I’m trying to find a way to explain to my significant other that this is ‘NOT ME’!!! Thank you for your efforts. If you’re still looking for participants, I would be happy to share my experiences.

Hi there.
The books are done, but when I do get back to interviewing for other projects I will definitely let you know. :)
Keep in mind, not every month is the same. So, with that being said, just because nothing seemed to make you feel better this month doesn’t mean next month has to be as crazy. That’s the good part. Personally, this month for me has been much more difficult than most, despite my meds and best efforts too.
Weather has been colder still which most Women with PMDD will tell you effects them too, I know it does me. No escape to the outside world for a little extra Vitamin D (sunshine) and heat beating on your face.
I agree that you want to help your significant other understand PMDD and what you go thru. On the other hand, don’t take the “Not Me” approach. That one is difficult to understand for anyone. Of course it’s us, seeing as it’s our bodies. Helping someone understand that our minds feel like they take over is like helping them understand aliens…believe me, I know. :)
When you are not in your 2 wk time I would explain in short details and sentences, what goes on in your head, what your thoughts change into, etc… and that might help him understand more.
Also, if you can get him to read the site that would help too.
I am starting a forum here too and one section will be a private one for Men only.

I know you’ve completed book 2 but if you need more interviews I’d be glad to do one. I’ve been suffering from PMDD for about 20 years and at 42 I’m beyond ready to get a hysterectomy. PMDD affects every aspect of my life (I know, preaching to the choir)and I’m looking forward to not being a psycho bitch from hell 2 or 3 weeks out of the month!
