PMDD e-book, I need your thoughts

My PMDD e-book is almost complete and as I keep reading and re-reading the 35+ pages, I feel like I must ask you all what you would like to see MOST in the book.

It is an extension of this site.

So far it includes this:

*Very personal as always

*Lists of vitamin (what kind to take, why to take them, how much, and what they do specifically for your body)

*Info on PMDD and Relationships, Friendships, Children & Examples on how to improve them & Activities

*Differences between PMDD and PMS

*Personal and factual info on SSRI’s and vitamins

*Section just for the men

*Healthy & yummy recipes

*Other helpful links, blogs, etc… that I think would be useful to someone with PMDD

This is a great chance for you to tell me what specifically you would love to have in the PMDD e-book.  Have I forgotten something?  Is there something that you would love to know more about, whether it’s personally about me and my PMDD or a general PMDD question?

I don’t want to leave anything out.

My goal is for this to be THE PMDD e-book to help you live happier and healthier with PMDD.  Of course the blog will continue and stay updated with my life w/ PMDD and research going on, but I want the one book you need to have everything in one spot.

Let me know quick, I plan to have this finished ASAP.

Thanks all!

@4kidsandacoffee so how are we going to be able to read your ebook? Which sites will sell it?

Hi Stef, perhaps some information on where to get medical help would be good? Like, what kind of doctor/specialist is best for PMDD. I guess it would be hard to provide definite info because there’s conjecture about the best way to go, but perhaps some tips /advice when seeking professional help would be useful. If I had a dollar for every person who’s told me to see a gyno…. I’d have about $10!
